It’s been 4 days since an online threat was found against Odle Middle School in Bellevue School District. Parents are still concerned about the safety of the students. Many parents have kept their kids at home for 3 school days out of concerns for their kids’ safety. Those still sending their kids to the school are praying every minute that their kids will come home safely. Life cannot go on like this. We are calling authorities to provide parents and community daily updates regarding the progress of the investigation to identify the perpetrator and concrete measures to ensure safety of students, teachers and staff.

Over the weekend, online threats about the school were made from one account across social media platforms as seen by several families and students. That information was reported to authorities who are continuing their investigation to identify the perpetrator.
